Design Theory is a fantastic company. They have great ideas and they really listen to their clients. They were professional every step of the way and very easy to work with. Most importantly, they were reliable and gave great customer service throughout. I highly recommend them.

5 Stars!! It's been awhile but I still look at my beautiful bedroom furniture and I think of how helpful and lovely T. Cordelle was when I reached out for help finding the perfect bedroom set. Now it has been through two moves and I still LOVE it! I now have a bigger room and I am so glad I listened to her advice on getting two nightstands. Design Theory is top notch! Very impressive and exceptionally professional. I highly recommend Design Theory!

Every furniture store I go into, when I am just looking, I get hassled the whole time by some employee. I say I am just looking and they follow me around. Not here! First off, the designs are beautiful. The way the store is set is amazing. The color palette is unbelievable. Their furniture is pretty reasonably priced. Jimmy sat down and showed my mom about 100 rugs and also told her not to buy a rug if it is not the right size. He then showed us an unbelievable set and when we realized that we wouldn't be able to buy the room set, he still sat down and talked to us for about 40 mins. He has amazing art work all over the store. This is a real gem, and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

A few years ago I moved into a Janes Cottage in Altadena and my partner and I had no idea how to utilize the space. Within a few minutes their staff arrived and walked the property. With a look of intensity they started to mentally plan the space, asking a lot of questions and offering suggestions. They worked very well, listen to our needs for each space (including renovating a garage into an office) and managed to find us amazing furniture and fixtures for each space. It didn't end there. They set us up with an amazing contractor who not only painted and repaired parts of the house needing it, they did additional work including widening an entrance and adding a custom made dining set. All in all the design fit what we were looking for and it all came in beautifully. I definitely will work with them again in the future as they opened up a boutique downtown where you can see furnishings from all over.
